Director of Philanthropy
Building Changes seeks a Director of Philanthropy. This position is a member of the executive team and works in partnership with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to set revenue goals, create strategies, and implement development plans. This role is responsible for growing a program that generates critical funding to support our strategic plan and meet our mission. This position reports to the Executive Director, manages a team of two, will raise between $3M to $6M annually, and will be located at our office in Seattle. Working in a hybrid in-office/remote capacity is available to all staff.
